An IT product company specializing in the development of software, B2B platforms and SAAS services in the iGaming industry1-3 years, is looking for an Account manager.
Requirements:
- Understanding the stages of B2B sales and the principles of work at each of the stages;
- Presentation and business negotiation skills Responsibility, attentiveness, sociability;
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with clients (casino operators) to influence the release of our games games and track the right positioning of them on their websites;
- Be aware of all major projects within the organization and make it your business to know when project deliveries are expected;
- Data analysis – helping identify opportunities for clients for growth and areas where performance has dropped;
- Assist support team with issues affecting clients and Company partners;
- Act as a gate-keeper and point-of-contact; involving prioritising and filtering communication;
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers;
- Info on game releases and dates;
- Marketing and promotional tools awareness (Freebets and Rain promo) delivery to the operator;
- Working with other members of the teams and to provide support and cover where necessary;
- Act as a trusted advisor to the customers. Build trust and confidence with customers through clear;
- communication and by delivering on commitments;
- Being aware of industry trends, particularly in the iGaming content, to help provide feedback to our game-development team;
- Provide demonstrations and walkthroughs of product capabilities to help increase engagement of the client into the game promotion;
- Participate in of an event from pre-planning, determining resource needs, pre-event marketing, and on-site coordination.
