A product IT company specializing in the development of software, B2B platforms and SAAS services in the field of iGaming, is in search of a Business Development Manager.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Business Development experience preferable within the iGaming industry or IT industry;
  • Ability to create presentations on provider performance;
  • Proven ability to work effectively with international, multi-cultural, cross-functional teams and to internalize new processes and developments in a highly dynamic industry;
  • Proven ability to negotiate, creative problem solving and excellent organisational skills;
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various teams and geographies, often managing different priorities;
  • Detail orientated and multi-tasking ability – willing to get into the detail of processes and technology to improve our KPIs and balance multiple in-flight tasks and projects at any one time;
  • Proficiency in CRM system Hubspot, Jira, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent communication skills and English language skills (both orally and in writing) are mandatory;
  • Language – English at advanced level/Another European language is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Identifying opportunities to generate leads through research, such as LinkedIn, other sources;
  • Collaboratively work with the business development, marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers;
  • Building relationships with clients (casino operators) to influence the release of our games games;
  • Be aware of all major projects within the organization and make it your business to know when project deliveries are expected;
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms and document commercials accordingl;
  • Data analysis – helping identify opportunities for clients for growth and areas where performance has dropped;
  • Assist support team with issues affecting clients and Company partners;
  • Act as a gate-keeper and point-of-contact; involving prioritising and filtering communication;
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers;
  • Info on game releases and dates;
  • Marketing and promotional tools awareness (Freebets and Rain promo) delivery to the operator;
  • Working with other members of the teams and to provide support and cover where necessary;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the customers. Build trust and confidence with customers through clear communication and by delivering on commitments;
  • Being aware of industry trends, particularly in the iGaming content, to help provide feedback to our game-development team;
  • Provide demonstrations and walkthroughs of product capabilities to help increase engagement of the client into the game promotion.
