An IT product company specializing in the development of software, B2B platforms and SAAS services in the iGaming industry is looking for a Technical Support.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of Java;
  • Basic knowledge of SQL;
  • Experience with Relational Database;
  • Experience with REST API;
  • JSON;
  • Git;
  • English — Intermediate (writing and verbal communication skills).
Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and supply analysis to fix application/configuration issues (improper configuration/deny of services etc.);
    troubleshooting of B2B customers issues;
  • Creating and maintenance integration processes with new customers;
  • Support customers during the “go live” process;
  • Respond to customers’ inquiries relating to information, product functionality, and issues;
  • Assisting in developing support documentation for partners.
Conditions:
  • Remote;
