An IT product company specializing in the development of software, B2B platforms and SAAS services in the iGaming industry is looking for a Technical Support.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Java;
- Basic knowledge of SQL;
- Experience with Relational Database;
- Experience with REST API;
- JSON;
- Git;
- English — Intermediate (writing and verbal communication skills).
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and supply analysis to fix application/configuration issues (improper configuration/deny of services etc.);
troubleshooting of B2B customers issues;
- Creating and maintenance integration processes with new customers;
- Support customers during the “go live” process;
- Respond to customers’ inquiries relating to information, product functionality, and issues;
- Assisting in developing support documentation for partners.
