I am looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist 👩💻
REQUIREMENTS:
♦️Experience of full-cycle IT recruitment
♦️Mastery of the main candidate evaluation tools
♦️Knowledge of various channels and tools for finding specialists, experience in finding “cold” candidates and using non-trivial approaches
♦️Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and represent the product and the team in the market in a quality manner
♦️Level of Russian from Upper Intermediate
♦️A deep level of understanding of the IT-sphere.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
🔶 Full recruiting cycle for technical (ReactJS, C++, Python, DevOps, QA), product (BA, Design), non-technical (Bizdev, Customer service, Martketing, Technical Support) vacancies. Geography of candidates – Lithuania (also relocated candidates), Georgia, B2B contractors worldwide.
🔶 Being a full-fledged owner of the process, who is responsible for each stage and the final result — is equally involved in both sourcing and candidate evaluation.
🔶 Building high-quality interaction with managers in the process of selection and assistance in making effective decisions related to the formation of the team.
🔶 Participation in projects aimed at improving the efficiency of recruiting processes.
