We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, managing customer data, and improving the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service background.
Требования
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both native Russian and business-level English
– Customer service, customer relations, or related experience (e.g., 1+ years)
– Ability to resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively
– Team collaboration and coordination skills
– Experience managing customer information and inquiry data and handling databases
– Basic computer skills (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets)
– Respectful and inclusive of diverse customer backgrounds and cultures
– Proactive problem-solving abilities and willingness to provide suggestions for service process improvement
– Ability to remain calm in emergencies and high-stress situations
Обязанности
– Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
– Provide information on products and services
– Resolve customer complaints and claims
– Accept and track orders
– Gather customer feedback and respond to suggestions for service improvements
– Manage and update customer information in databases
– Provide education and training for new employees on customer service skills
– Ensure compliance with company customer service policies and regulations
– Remain calm in emergencies and high-stress situations
