Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify functionality, performance, reliability, and compatibility of software applications.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to identify and document software defects and inconsistencies.
• Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Document and report defects, ensuring clear communication and tracking of issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on potential quality risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
• Provide support and guidance to junior QA team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role in software development projects.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with creating testing pipelines and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is needed.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
