Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager for a product company.

The company developed the ultimate flashcard app, powered by spaced repetition. Simply put, it’s an algorithm that spaces out study sessions for optimal knowledge retention, making it the most effective way to memorize stuff. Over 3M downloads and more than 18K positive reviews. The company is fully remote. The team is small, startup-minded, young, international, and super friendly.

What kind of person we’re looking for:

• Solid experience using different social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.);

• Experience in creating visually appealing posts with a strong aesthetic — definitely not something your grandma would post (unless it’s post-ironic!);

• Strong skills in writing and editing;

• Creative thinker who can bring new ideas;

• A good sense of humor and a strong connection to modern digital culture;

• Attention to detail and accuracy;

• Excellent writing skills with advanced English proficiency (C1 level);

• Video editing skills for simple short vertical video memes.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts) adapting content to suit different channels and audiences: 1-3 posts a week;

• Set tasks to designers and ensure a solid and best representative visual style;

• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions on Reddit and Twitter;

• Analyse campaigns results and adjust action plan.
