Junior SAP Basis Engineer

The global consulting company with an exclusive focus on the healthcare and life science industries is looking for a Junior SAP Basis Engineer.

Responsibilities:

— The responsibilities include interacting with a third party to configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot the full SAP technical landscape (S/4HANA, Fiori,  SAP PO, SolMan, ADS, Cloud Connector) on an ongoing basis.

— The communication between the various SAP specialists, key users, service providers and hosting provider in the SAP Basis area

— Working on SAP incidents with ServiceNow

— Troubleshoot complex issues \ L3 support

Requirements — Must have:

— 1–2 years in SAP Basis or IT support roles

— Basic ABAP stack administration: transports (STMS), client imports, job scheduling, printer/spool support

— Monitoring with SAP Solution Manager (system health, alerts)

— Handling L1–L2 tickets in ServiceNow

— Routine system refreshes, user administration, transport troubleshooting

— Good verbal/written communication

— Willingness to learn, ask questions, and follow documented procedures

— English level B2 minimum

Requirements — Nice to have:

— Familiarity with Solution Manager ChaRM

— Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
