Business Analyst

Leading Manufactory Automation company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service is looking for a Business Analyst (BA) with experience in either Business Intelligence (BI), Integration workflows, or both.

The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable technical specifications, supporting solution design, and validating deliverables.

Primary Focus Areas:

• BI Analytics – Understand data and reporting needs, define metrics, and help design dashboards and ETL flows.
•  Systems Integration – Gather requirements for app-to-app workflows, define data mapping and business logic, and document integration specs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather and define business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for BI dashboards or integration flows.
• Work with BI Engineers to define KPIs, data models, and visualization logic.
• Work with Integration Engineers to specify data mappings, API interactions, trigger logic, and data flow diagrams.
• Coordinate with QA and developers to validate deliverables against requirements.
• Help prioritize tasks, maintain backlog, and track progress using tools like Jira.
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and final approval process.
• Create or support documentation for end users and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Domo, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) or integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, Make, Power Automate).
• Strong understanding of data concepts: metrics, dimensions, joins, ETL, data quality.
• Familiarity with integration patterns, REST APIs, and common data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
• Ability to create BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), FRDs, and process flow diagrams.
• Comfortable using SQL to validate data or support prototyping.
• Skilled in tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalents.

Personal Skills:

• Strong communicator and facilitator, able to translate between business and technical stakeholders
• Conversational English—capable of leading requirements workshops and follow-ups
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to manage competing priorities and work independently or with a team

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with data governance, metadata management, or data catalogs
• Background in agile environments or scrum team collaboration
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
• Previous experience conducting UAT sessions or training business users
