JDA / Blue Yonder Developer (Retail Supply Chain)

We are a retail company operating 200 stores, supported by a central warehouse and distribution center. Our supply chain ecosystem relies on JDA / Blue Yonder solutions to manage warehouse operations, inventory flow, replenishment, and retail distribution.
We are looking for a skilled developer engineer to maintain, enhance, and optimize our JDA environment.

Location: Preference, Belarus — Minsk / Gomel (Hybrid Work Model) Other remote locations will be considered.

Full-time employment.

Work Format: Hybrid-Remote Preference, regular attendance is required in our offices in Minsk or Gomel as part of the hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities:
-Support and enhance JDA / Blue Yonder retail and supply chain applications.
-Develop and maintain custom extensions, reports, and integrations.
-Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system availability.
-Optimize workflows such as purchase orders, products management, and integrations into warehouse management system.
-Support integrations between JDA and ERP or other enterprise platforms.
-Participate in UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
-Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
-3+ years of development experience with RPG/AS400, SQL.
-3+ years of experience with JDA / Blue Yonder solutions.
-Strong background in retail IT systems and warehouse operations.
-Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
-Strong collaboration skills bridging IT and Operations.

Communication & Language Requirements:
-Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-Good English is mandatory.
