A US-based company is seeking proactive, responsive, and tech-savvy technical support specialists to provide real-time customer support. We’re building a B2B platform that connects food delivery platforms with restaurant POS systems via an API, and reliability of this interaction is important to us.

Work Format:
-Employment Type: Full-time (Shift-based)
-Contract: Contractor agreement with a US-based company 🇺🇸
-Location: Fully remote (Belarus)
-Primary Communication Channel: Chat-based support (not ticket-first) with occasional customer calls/video meetings.

Your Responsibilities:
-Provide customer support, focusing on issue resolution.
-Investigate technical issues using logs, system data, and API requests.
-Troubleshoot integration, API, and data flow problems.
-Escalate complex bugs with clear steps, logs, and impact assessment.
-Maintain internal notes and identify recurring issues.
-Effectively handle night shifts and resolve cases independently.
-Contribute to support documentation and process improvements.
