We are seeking a highly driven and performance-focused Sales Manager to lead and scale our inbound sales team in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment. In this role, you will oversee a team of sales professionals handling high-volume inbound leads, driving a one-call close model, and converting urgent client inquiries into revenue. You will play a critical role in optimizing sales performance, refining processes, and coaching reps to succeed in a high-pressure, consultative sales environment.

This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a metrics-driven setting, understands urgency-based sales, and knows how to push a team toward consistent, high-level performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of inside sales representatives handling high-volume inbound leads
  • Drive performance against key metrics including close rate, revenue, call quality, and speed-to-close
  • Oversee consultative sales calls focused on cybersecurity solutions using a 1-call close model
  • Monitor and improve call quality, ensuring adherence to sales frameworks and structured call flows
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify performance gaps and implement targeted improvements
  • Develop and refine sales scripts, objection handling strategies, and closing techniques
  • Ensure consistent CRM usage and accurate pipeline tracking across the team
  • Train new hires and continuously develop existing team members through coaching and feedback
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize sales processes, pricing strategy execution, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain a high-energy, accountable team culture focused on results and continuous improvement

Skills:

  • Proven experience in inside sales leadership, preferably in high-volume or inbound environments
  • Strong background in closing-focused sales
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and improve sales performance in a structured environment
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Excellent understanding of objection handling, urgency-based selling, and consultative sales techniques
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive improvements
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment
