Looking for an English-Speaking IT Support Specialist for a big American company.
Location: Minsk.
Format: on-site.
Requirements:
— 3–5+ years of IT support experience; MSP background is a plus
— Solid Microsoft 365 administration skills
— Practical experience building workflows with Power Automate
— Proficient in PowerShell scripting
— Experience administering Google Workspace
— Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking
— Proven experience providing remote and phone-based support
— Familiar with remote-access tools (e.g., ScreenConnect or similar)
— English level strongly B2+
Responsibilities:
— Deliver Level 2/3 technical support to end users via phone, remote sessions, and a ticketing system
— Diagnose and resolve break/fix issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
— Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint)
— Manage and support Google Workspace environments
— Build and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate
— Create and execute PowerShell scripts for admin and automation tasks
— Use remote support tools (e.g., ScreenConnect) to assist users efficiently
— Triage and resolve escalations from Level 1 support, ensuring timely outcomes
— Assist with user onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and security configurations
— Document incidents, resolutions, and internal procedures for knowledge sharing
Schedule:
Full-time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST/New York time)
Minsk time:
— 16:00 – 00:00 during Daylight Saving Time (March–November)
— 17:00 – 01:00 during Standard Time (November–March)
